21 Day Fix Extreme

I love, love, love the 21 day fix, so I was excited that I felt good enough to try the extreme. I tell you, it was extreme, but it was also awesome. I love building muscle, and I feel that's what this program did. 

It was tough - especially Plyo Fix Extreme - the first workout. Ouch! 

I had never done a plyo workout before. I had never really heard of it - which makes sense as I had never really been into exercise or fitness. I originally started working out with another Beachbody program called PiYo, which is a combiantion of Pilates and Yoga (thats where the name comes from.)  Plyometrics, or plyo, is also known as jump training. Very different from PiYo! So, it was hard, but it felt good.   

I have finished this round of 21 day fix extreme and the results are in. I didn't loose any pounds, but lost some fat and gained some muscle. Sadly, I forgot to take measurements so I don't know if I lost any inches. I feel stronger, and thats what matters to me.
